Surveying & Staking of Property Corners

Please know that starting today, representatives from our engineering firm (A&M Engineering) will begin the process of surveying the property corners for The Club, specifically around the Heron Golf Course. The surveying process is anticipated to be completed by August 1st.

When the surveyors first arrive at a site, they seldom know the exact location of a common boundary between your property and Club's property. It is their role to gather all the relevant information to ascertain the common boundaries utilizing GPS coordinates. In order to do this, some surveyors may have to go on your property to take measurements from your property corners and/or place temporary surveying markers to gather data that may not be visible or accessible from the Club's property. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter as it is very important to ensure that the property lines are accurately measured and determined. Should you have any have any concerns with the surveyors being on your property and using your property corners to help locate the common boundary you share with The Club, please let us know as soon as possible.

During the surveying process, wooden stakes, surveying flags, and paint will be used to mark random survey points. It is very important that the stakes and flags are not moved or removed at any time. Should you feel that the boundary markers are incorrect or, there are other objects that you feel should be noted, please call the Heron Hotline at 966-6940 or email us at heron@theoaksclub.com .

Below are a few pictures of the process...

Please know that the surveyors doing the work have been instructed to do the best possible job they can in determining common boundaries. Should you have any concerns on the placement of the initial markers, we will be happy to contact A&M Engineering on your behalf, rather than you personally approaching the surveyors on site.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Heron Hotline at 966-6940 or email us at heron@theoaksclub.com .

Again, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in this process.
