There are several schematic changes that are set for the 13th hole which will improve playability. First the fairway would be widened and graded so that there is more room to miss a shot on the left. The two bunkers on the right are going to be removed and replaced with grass catch basins. The area close to the edge of the creek will be re-graded so that the fairway can be extended slightly making the overall carry much shorter and more manageable.
