- Greens:
- Regrading and checking the rootzone depth
- Holes 1, 2, 9, & 10 - Complete
- Bunker Construction:
- Hole #17 Fairway Bunkers - Drainage installation and Better Billy Bunker liner is either in the process if being complete or is complete.
- Grassing:
- Order of holes: 3 - 8, 11 - 18, 10, 9, 1, 2
- Order of installation
- Sodding around bunkers / lake banks / drains
- TifGrand Bermuda - Collars, Approaches, and Chipping areas
- Celebration Bermuda Sprigs - Fairways, Roughs, and Tees
- Greens - Phase #2 of 3 - #11, 12, 13, 14, 16, & 17 = complete
- Holes #14
- All areas have been grassed

- Grassing:
- Celebration Bermudagrass
- Sprig and Sod Holes #16 & #17
- Bunker Construction:
- Install drainage and Better Billy Bunker in the green-side bunker on #15
- Install drainage in the waste bunker on the left side of hole #15
Did you know:
The first and second phase of greens grassing are 81,056 square feet or 1.86 acres. The old Heron greens were slightly over 130,680 square feet or 3 acres.
