Sarasota County and the Water Management District (SWFWMD) made this area a high priority, along with proper drainage, when the approval for the permits were granted.

Prior to receiving approval for the permits the engineered plans for the entire project were reviewed by professional Engineers for the County and Water Management District. On a monthly basis an Engineer completes a site visit of the entire project to verify onsite materials and the construction progress.
